Ancient Minerals Bath Flakes are the mildest application in their line of topical magnesium products. Great for children and those with sensitive skin.

Ingredients: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals). Approximately 15g of elemental magnesium per cup. 

How to use:

Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. 
Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications.
The temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.
 Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
